DB Website will not display or allow access to any folders

DB was working fine until a few days ago.  Now when I go to dropbox.com, the first screenshot is what I see.  When I click on "Home", I see the second screenshot.  The app works fine on my phone.  I have reset my password just in case that would help, but I am unable to sign out of DB online.  I have not made any changes to my laptop - no new apps or programs.  No one else in my company is experiencing this issue.  Thanks for any suggesstions on how to correct this.

Could you try the following steps to see if any of them do the trick and resolve the issue you're having there:

  • Try another web browser.
  • Use an incognito/private browsing window.
  • Clear the browser cache.

@Daphne,

Thank you!  Clearing the bowser cache fixed my problem.  Additionally, using a different browser and using an incognito window worked as well.
