DWG files are not being backed up.

DWG files are not being backed up.

We have used our dropbox business account for many years, it has worked great until this year. We are finding it is not backing up our dwg files. Has anyone had this problem? Most other files are being backed up perfectly. But every dwg file for months have been ignored by our dropbox installation.

 

Anyone else have had this problem?

Hey there @crentelman, I hope you're doing well!

 

Just so I can have a better idea of your current set up, can you let me know what the sync status of the desktop app is showing? If there are any errors, please send along a screenshot of that.

 

Also, are these files being added into the local Dropbox folder to be uploaded to the account? Is it only files of this type that are not syncing, or are other files also not being synced?
