Data recovery

Data recovery

I had a Professional Dropbox account. A little over a month ago I decided not to keep it anymore and removed practically all my files. However, now I would like to restore them. But the 30-day period does not allow it. If I go back to my Professional plan, can I recover my files? Awaiting.

No, that won't be possible. Since you're no longer on a Professional plan and it's more than 30 days, the files are already gone.

Hi @demogeness, sorry to hear that!

Can you try to check any of these Help Center articles in order to recover your missing content?

Let me know how it goes.
