I need to delete a user (employee) who has left. What actually happens when I delete them. As far as I can tell, the files were all written to their hard drive when we worked together. Does Dropbox delete all files on the users machine the next time a user logs in??

Hello @gill2paul, I'd be happy to help with this!

Generally, when you remove a member, they will lose access to the content and files will stop syncing to their computers. 

Just to make sure though, are you on a Business subscription in which they are a part of, or are you trying to delete them from a shared folder?
