Delete all documents without deleting them from my computer or mobile devices
Unlink Dropbox from the mobile and computer by following https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/settings-sign-in/device-list-remote-sign-out and then you can delete anything you wish at Dropbox online.
The files will still be in the 'Dropbox' folder on your computer BUT wont then delete/change if you alter them elsewhere and you can move them out of that folder if you wish.
