Deleted ALL my file dropbox account

Deleted ALL my file dropbox account

New member | Level 2

Hi all,

I write because my dropbox-plan was expired.

I have received some e-mail to update the plan but I think was spam or phising e-mail.

Today ALL my file, video and photo was deleted! I very need to recover it. That was my last 5 year and more photo & video.

Could you please help me? I'm disposed to subrice a plan to recover all.

Thanks

Biz

Hey peeps, I'm sorry to hear you're both having trouble with this!

Is it possible that you might have signed into another account @biz190?

Do you see any actions relating to your missing files from your events page here?

Could you clarify for me @ash123h, did you mistakenly delete files from within your account, or did you delete your Dropbox account?

Keep me posted - thanks!

Thank you for your reply.
Yes, I see all my file deleted on your link. How can I recover them?

Thanks for getting back to me here @biz190!

You should be able to either click on the event from that link, and there will be a "Restore" option in the top right of the web page there.

Otherwise, you can try using these steps.

Please bear in mind though, the files can only be recovered if they were deleted within your account's version history window.

Let me know if this helps!
