Deleted file restoration

Deleted file restoration

I'm having a problem restorning a deleted file.  It said it was deleted while dropbox was not in use.  Now I keep getting an error to resore the file.  Very frustrating.

Thanks for reaching out @GBS801, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

 

Can you send me a screenshot of the error that you're getting when you try and restore the file?

 

Also, can you clarify for me if you're following the steps outlined here?

Do you get any different results on other browsers @GBS801?

 

In case you do, could you try restoring the file from your deleted files page or the events page directly and let us know how it goes?

And you're also getting the same results through the deleted files page and the events page I mentioned too @GBS801?

In that case, if you've ensured that this file was deleted witin your account's recovery window, I'd suggest contacting our Support team to ask for more assistance from our Restorations team directly @GBS801.
