Deleted files: extend recovery time?

Deleted files: extend recovery time?

New member | Level 2

Dear community,

I have deleted important files on one computer 2 months ago and only realized today that they were deleted on all computers. Can I upgrade to Dropbox Pro to recover the files (extend the 30 day limit) or are they lost?

Thank you,

Natsmad

Upgrading now will not extend the recovery time for files that have already been deleted. The new recovery time would only be effective for files deleted after you upgrade.
