Deleting a shared folder completely for all members

How can I delete a shared folder completely and definitely without being the owner of the folder? The owner is gone and cannot be contacted anymore and there are some confidential docs in this folder.

You can't. You can remove the share from your own account, but there's nothing you can do to remove it from all members when you're not the owner.
