Hi I am having the same issue as others have posted. I have followed all suggested fixes without success. Could you please assist?

To make sure that we cover as much troubleshooting as possible, could you let me know:

  • What you've already tried? 
  • If you uploaded the file or if it was shared with you? 
  • The file extension of the file in question?
  • If you're having the same trouble with any other file type?
