I recently downgraded my account because I was only using approx 3 Gb. After the downgrade was made my capacity is now 5 Gb.
I havent checked in for months but did so today and ALL my files - except one and a dropbox folder which I cant access is gone.
When I check the account status it looks like I'm still taking up approx 3 Gb of space - but the files appear to be gone.
Ive tried accessing on my phone, Ipad and PC using several different browsers.
Please help.
Hey there @Tdb74, let's see what we can find on this.
Could it be that the folders you're missing were shared with you by any chance?
If so, have a look at your Share tab in case they are listed there.
If not, could you check your events page and deleted files tab for any additional info?
