Directories not being synched for a team member

Hi there,

 

I've starting trying out teams and have a problem with directories being synched between team members. These directories are there on my desktop, are visible online, but are not synching with one of my team members on their desktop. He had everything set up as online only, has also tried local (with smart sync), tried restarting both the program and the computer, but no change, the directories still won't synch/show up on his desktop. This team member is on pc.

 

Anyone had this situation and was able to solve this?

That is exactly it - remove that and it should work 🙂

Do the files have illegal characters in them?

The link crashes my browser, but this might indeed be an issue, I'm working on Mac and had a ? in the directory name, so this might have been the problem with him being on PC. Will check, thanks!
