Discarding a computer and want to ensure I do not lose Dropbox files

Discarding a computer and want to ensure I do not lose Dropbox files

Arthur G.

Hello Dropbox folks

I have a Dropbox account with over 218,000 files. It syncs to multiple computers. I'm discarding one of them. I'll erase its drive first, of course. How can I ensure that I won't delete files from Dropbox when I do that?

I'm a computer guy, so would be happy to use a command to answer the question.

Thanks

Arthur

Unlink Dropbox first and then you can simply delete everything 🙂
