When I log in to dropbox I sometimes see my files and sometimes there are none. It can seem as if I have two DB accounts, or as if there are two locations where my files might be. This could be because I had an account a long time ago which I might have closed, but is still there. It might be because my ID is my email address and I have changed it. Also when I share a file and give permission to share it my colleague can see the file but cannot update it even tho I am told I've given them permission. Can anyone advise?
