Does DB convert aif to aifc at download ?

Does DB convert aif to aifc at download ?

I upload unzipped aif files and my client insists they are converted to aifc when he downloads them to his mac on webbrowser.

(i have a pro account, he does not).

is he making a mistake ?

is it a browser error ?

Dropbox doesn't alter or convert your files. If the files are in your account as aif files and your client is getting aifc files when they're downloaded, then it's likely something on his computer changing them.
