Downgrading

Downgrading

Hi, I have been using a Dropbox Teams Business account on a free trial but wish to downgrade to a personal account; the £9.99 option and currently there are 3 other members in my team. I've decided I don't need multiple users but I do need to be able to access the files from multiple devices. I've already set a 'Files Request' that I've sent out to clients to upload resources but the've yet to upload any and I am expecting some to come in over the next few months. If I downgrade will they still be able to upload files using this link I've already given them? Will I be able to see and access these files? Thanks!

Hi @Rachaelcc, thanks for posting on our Community!

There should be no issues with your open file requests

Just note that if your account is out of quota when your clients use them to upload their files, they'll probably receive an error

Let me know if you have any more questions!
