Hi All,

When I try to download individual files from a shared folder, those larger than 700MB get cancelled on Safari, Chrome and Firefox a few seconds before the download would get finished.

I have tried restarting my MacBook Pro, Incognito mode, deleting Cache and none have been helpful.

Please help.

Best,

S K

@Walter

I could finally solve the download problem, not in a very straight forward manner but unfortunately without any hints from Dropbox support team which was not so nice!

I simply downloaded the app for Mac and Sync'ed the folder... there was some hiccups but it somehow did the job!

It's mention worthy that the app is not the best of what you may come across and not user friendly from my humble opinion.

How much free space does your Mac locally have?

Hey there @safalik, thanks for joining the Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with downloading files from our website.

If you made sure that you have enough hard drive space as @Yuikol suggested, can you please try an incognito window with no plugins or extensions running and let me know if you get the same results?

Thanks a bunch!

Do you happen to have any antivirus/security program or firewall that could be causing this @safalik?

Thanks @Walter.

No I don't... I downloaded files from the same folder which are smaller than 700MBs, This problem is for larger files.
