Downloading and Uploading Issues

For the past couple of days, I am unable to download or upload files on dropbox. Message keeps showing its syncing (blue icon), however, the wifi works perfectly fine. I tried signing out and signing back in, restarted my mac a couple of times, re-started the wifi modem a couple of times but I think the issue stems from the dropbox back end, will that be a server issue? Would appreciate any help.

Hey there, @KrushVanzara, welcome to our community! 

Things are all good on our end, so this wouldn't be a server issue. Let’s start with some basics: 

- What version of MacOS are you using?

- What version of our app do you have installed (hover mouse pointer over our menu bar icon)?

- Is syncing progressing at all? What did you see when you hovered your mouse pointer over our menu bar icon? Also, click on the up arrow to show the sync queue. 

Let me know, and we’ll go from there!
