Downloading files from the site isn't working

Downloading files from the site isn't working

Upon completion of a download, in my download bar at the bottom of my screen reads "Failure - Network error". This has never happened. please help.

Hi @Tanner Scherer, thanks for messaging the Community!

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? 

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
