I work as an editor for a photographer and our system has stopped working. Usually, she uploads the exported Lightroom catalogue and preview/photo files to a shared Dropbox folder. Then I download the folder set (usually *wedding couple* folder > then three subfolders created by Lightroom when exporting the catalogue) as one zipped file, I unzip the folder and open the catalogue file in Lightroom on my computer and have access to all the files and notes/info she has put on the images. This past three weeks, I keep getting an error that the zip file couldn't download.
I have tried
resetting the modem
different browsers (Chrome and Edge)
clearing cookies and browsing history
using my bookmarked page link
using a fresh link from the photographer
downloading each subfolder separately (which worked for one of the three)
I really need to get cracking on this edit and the photographer and I are unable to meet to hand over a hard drive of the files.
