Downloading large files

Downloading large files

I have had a client send me a large folder full of video files.

When I click the download link in the top right, it says file too large.

Not a problem, I'll just split it into separate downloads - or so I thought. I don't have the checkboxes next to the files, so there is no simple way to select multiple files and download them. There are too many to individually click on each file to download. What do I do here?

Hi @beckyw, thanks for posting on the Community!

As you noticed, if the files are too large, then can't be downloaded in bulk from the site.

As this seems to be the case, you can ask the client to try to split the donwload into smaller batches, or to use Dropbox Transfer to get the files to you.

If you need any more details, feel free to message back!
