I am usng dropbox several years now, but since a week my dropbox isn't synching on my computer.
I installed the dropbox programm again but still no working. I have ensured I have enough storage on my account.
Can anyone help?
Thanks!

Hi @Raju Talwar, are you using any firewalls, VPN, remote login software, or proxies during the normal use of your machine?
Could you check what the proxy settings are in the Dropbox desktop application and change them to 'Auto-detect' or 'No proxy' depending on the current setting?

Hey there @Raju Talwar, let's see what we can do here.
Could you hover over the Dropbox icon that should be next to your computer's clock and let me know what it reads?
If you don't see it, it means that the desktop app isn't running and you'll have to launch it from your applications menu.
Have a look and let me know what you find, thanks!

It says: making a connection...
I am not logged in. There's some problem which inhibits me to log in.
If I click on log in then nothing will happen.
I deinstalled and installed again but the same problemns returns.
If i go to web dropbox I can log in and everything is working fine.
It could be that there's a third party app that's blocking or hindering the desktop app from starting up correctly.
Could you temporarily close any security apps or antivirus that may be running to see if that makes a difference?

This could be the problemn, but I dont know which program this can be causing. I dont have any antivirus installed. I checked firewall settings and dropbox is alouded.
At the same time my google drive synch isn't working as well. These are the programs I have installed:
If you have third party cloud/storage services (like Microsoft One Drive and Google Drive) running, could you temporarily close them just for troubleshooting purposes?
I can also see that you have an app that allows you to run a virtual machine on your device.
Could you let me know if you're using it with the Dropbox desktop app?

If i click on fix hardlink then I get the error 'hardlinks couldn't be fixed, take contact with support'
Could you send me a screenshot of it by any chance?
If you have any trouble attaching it here, send it to me as a shared link, instead.
