I have deleted over half of my files and left all shared folders, even did a permanent delete, yet DropBox is still saying my box is full.
And there is no real Help Desk to get answers from.
Firstly deleted files do not use quota - so permanently deleting them has no benefit at all.
Secondly it helps to stop thinking of the files in terms of numbers and instead of size. If you are 2gb over your quota you need to delete 2gb of files - regardless of if thats in 1 file or 1,000.
www.dropbox.com/account will show you your quota
