Dropbox Any Folder

Everyday i make some photoshop digital drawing. 

I then save all these into a Folder called Drawing in my Pictures

Is possilbe it to have this Folder in Dropbox and my Pictures? 

The reason i need this is because I often will check my drawings on a phone and then need to make adjustments back on the computer. Having the folder in my pictures not on cloud means that i can go back into the psds and edit quickly. 

If dropbox can't do this, can someone reccomend me someting that can?

The Dropbox folder is just a regular folder like any other on your computer, and the intent is that you move your files into the Dropbox folder and work on them directly in that folder. All of my PSD files (about 95% of the files in my Dropbox) are located in a Projects folder within my Dropbox folder, and the files open and save no different than if they were stored in Documents or Pictures.
