Dropbox Deleted a Folder?

Dropbox Deleted a Folder?

Recently logged into Dropbox only to discover that one of my folders was deleted from my account. I would have accessed it Dec 2 so it hasnt been 30 days yet. There is no delete activity or event activity that shows any folders being deleted or moved, etc. My only conclusion is that Dropbox may have deleted the folder for some reason. I am not a business user and so there has been no support to check into this matter on my account. please help

Hey @Erik Ogden, thanks for checking in. 

 

Generally, items get deleted by user or third party interaction, and you may be able to find a record of it in your events page

 

However, since you can't find it, was it a shared folder that another user sent you?

 

If it was, you can also have a look through your Share tab in case it's still there.
