Dropbox Error when trying to open EML file online.

When attempting to open an EML file on my iPhone via DB web interface, I have encountered an error that I cannot clear and cannot go back to the file I was in before the error.

Error:

"That didn't work for some reason"

             Back to files (Link)

When I click Back to files, nothing happens

Experiencing same symptoms on my WIN10 PC

Just to clarify, do you get this error when you click the file in Dropbox, to see the preview of the file in Dropbox?

Or are you using the "Open" button to choose a third party app to open the file?

Could you also send me a screenshot of the error?
