Dropbox Link Suspension: If this is your first suspension, you may remove the suspension

Hello - got a Dropbox Link Suspension due to excess traffic

Email says If this is your first suspension, you may remove the suspension by visiting your account page.

On the account page I do not find anything to remove the link suspension.

Can someone pls tell me how to remove the suspension?

Thanks
