Tried an upgrade to DB-plus after many years. But it's not for me. Now DB has synced my Mac files (documents) and after the
trial period these folders are still in DB. I cannot delete them. And when I save something on my Mac,
I always see Imac/users/dropbox..etc etc. It's really annoying that I can't get rid of this. Who can help me. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Dongewoon, thanks for messaging today!

It sounds like you enabled the automatic computer backup feature in the Dropbox desktop application. 

Could you first try disabling the computer backup from Dropbox using the steps in the above article to see if this helps?

Afterwards, you'll get the option to move the folders and files back to their previous locations, which will also delete them from the Dropbox account online.

Keep me updated with any progress!

GREAT - My mac AND my  Dropbox Basics is a complete mess now after the Plus-Trail.

Never should have installed it.

Took a while to solve it.

I did get it done. No more Dropbox sync. So that is fine.

Only thing is that I lost all my connection (adres) whit my files in Lightroom. Because they where moved to Dropbox and back to my mac when solving this sync problem.  So be it. No help needed.
