I have a huge problem that is truly got me upset. I have been using dropbox for years and have stepped away for a few months, now that I am back it update and on its own, it has taken the liberty of moving all my files to dropbox. Now I have several files of the same files and folders. If I delete anything from dropbox, it deletes it entirely from my comp and other files. This is aggravating to have files that did not want to be copied over to dropbox to be there. Please do not tell me that deleting a file in dropbox will not delete my other files when I know for a fact it will. I have lost important files, photos, and documents from my laptop because I deleted my dropbox files and everything disappeared. When I click on a file, it comes back saying the file can not be found because (the file location may have been changed are moved). So what gave dropbox the right to do this??? This needs to be corrected pretty quickly or my attorney will be contacting the developers for compensation. My files are important to my business and my loss will definitely be theirs.
