My Dropbox Transfer has stopped working for me. I've right-clicked on a file on my desktop > Send with Transfer... > Create Transfer and then I get the below where it just sits there as "creating your transfer". I've tried leaving it for hours & just stays at 0%. I can't find a fix for this.
The Transfer still works from a browser, but that's a slower process.
Mine stopped working maybe a week ago and won't load even in the browser. I tried both Chrome and Firefox with my VPN on and also off.

@CitySolution Can you hover over your Dropbox icon, and let me know the app's syncing status and version?
Also, @jeremystyle, do you get any errors when you try to create a File Transfer?

Hi Lori,
I have been working with a chat rep as well but I don't get any errors at all. Basically, the page just keeps "loading" In the bottom right, it keeps saying it is waiting for and then transferring data from snapengage.com. I am working on a mac and only having problems on this with both firefox and chrome. Windows seems to be working fine.

Hi, I'm now using version 121.4.4267 and I'm still having the same issue, I can create a Transfer via the web interface, but not directly from my local drive.
