hi all

 

rookie question - if i add a Dropbox cloud storage account onto Teams, does it then use the Teams allowance or am i still only going to get the basic allowance?

The answer is as I said - it depends upon the team. If its a free team, no, it doesnt make any difference. They quota stays the same. If its a paid business team AND they use a licence for you then yes, you get part of that quota.

Do you mean if you join somebody's team? If so and its a free team you do not share their quota. 

 

If its a paid business one and they use a licence for you then you share their quota.

Thanks for reply but I meant if your quota is full on DB, does it make a difference when you link it to teams? i.e. Does the DB quota still stay the same or do you then use the teams quota?
