Dropbox desktop wont sync

Dropbox desktop wont sync

Local files won't upload to our shared files system. I have tried Sync now which doesn't work. Uploading manually does not work well for me as a lot of the file sizes are big. Sync has been ongoing for 24 hours now with no update to the shared system on colleagues sites.

 

Please help

Just to make sure we're on the same page here, could you send me a screenshot of the desktop app's status as shown in your system tray/menu bar?
