Dropbox disabled by ability to share links/files because of a false DMCA claim, it's been 3 weeks.

I was sent a DMCA takedown by mistake, (I am the copyright holder so the takedown request is not legitimate) and I was given two options by Dropbox; delete the video in question, or submit a counter claim. I submitted a counter claim since the video is mine and I own all the rights to the content of the video. I then waited, hoping the issue would be resolved in just a couple of days. It's now been 3 weeks and Dropbox has still disabled my ability to share links/files, which is affecting my work. I've contacted them through email, they said they would handle it... that last email was 13 days ago. They've just stopped replying to my emails all together. Why is it that anyone can send someone a DMCA takedown and then that person can't use Dropbox's features for weeks?? I have a Dropbox Professional plan account, which makes matters even worse considering I'm paying $300 for this service, and I can't even use the service. 

This is the error message I get every time I try to share a link or file now: "Couldn't copy the link. You don't have permission to create a link to this content."
