Dropbox files saved to my computer

My Dropbox files may be copied over to my computer drive, filling it up. How do I turn that off, and delete the files? I want large files saved in the cloud only. Thanks

By the way, I am using Windows 10.  Dropbox appears as a folder in my File Manager.  If I delete that folder, I think it will delete the files from the cloud too!  Mark
