I have two computers syncing to the same set of Dropbox folders. On one computer, the folders show a blue "syncing" icon if Dropbox is updating the folder and a green checkmark if it is complete. On the second computer, it never shows the blue "syncing" icon, but does show the green checkmark. I checked with Dropbox support and they couldn't explain how to get the blue "syncing" icon to show on the first computer.
Any ideas? I cannot find any differences in Dropbox setup between the two computers.

I just found that page. Using the Regedit changes did not resolve the problem. So, I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and it did fix the icons. Thanks for the help.
This all resulted from an unexplained error on two separate computers at the same time resulting in Dropbox losing the connection and starting a new download of all my files - ~500GB. So, it's been a frustrating day!
And, this is using the latest Windows 10 OS.
