My Dropbox free account is full of files. If I did not buy more storage space will I get permanent access to my uploaded files on the existing one ?

Hello @Dr Dragic, once you are over your storage quota, Dropbox will stop syncing with your devices and you won't be able to add new files. However, you will have access to existing files as long as your account is active. In order to keep your account active, you may need to login to the dropox.com once in a while.
