Dropbox has deleted all my files!!

Hi,

I haven't login to my account in a long time, and then when I did, I got surprise to see all my files (> 50gb files) have been deleted. I have no mails, no historical explaning why this terrible thing happened! It looks like a totally new account! What DOES MAKE NO SENSE!

I have this account since 2016. 

According to my mails, the last login on this account was in Jan/2019.

I haven't found an option to open a ticket to dropbox customer service, but I really would like some assistance on it.

Accounts that are idle for more than a year are deleted due to inactivity.

Hi Rich,

Thanks for your quick reply. 

Is there any way to recover my account? 

I had no idea about this inactivity period.
