Dropbox is not creating shared links

Whenever i tried to create a shared link for the uploaded file it shows error. I have tried this on other dropbox accounts as well but i didn't get that. My  website is already using some past created links but now it is not working well.

Does this persist for all shared links on this account? Could you send me a screenshot of the exact error you get so I can have a look into this?

Yes, it presists on all acounts.

If it's not too much to ask, could you log a ticket with our team from the affected account's email address and let me know the ticket ID (a 7 digit number) here so I can locate it on our system and get on it ASAP?
