Dropbox is very slow when I'm trying to move files, is there anything I can do?

Hello,

My dropbox is very slow. All my files are downloaded but I need to move some files from one folder to another and it takes forever. I've checked my wifi and everything is okay.  I've also tried to use dropbox on Safari and Google Chrome but it's still very slow. Is there something else I can do to move my files faster ?

Thank you very much

Hey @Jonathan Kubben, happy Monday!

From what you mentioned, are you're using Dropbox the website exclusively? Do you use the mobile app or desktop app at all, and see the same behaviour?

Also, since you tried using another web browser, can you see if there's any difference when using an incognito/private browsing window?

You can try clearing the cache of your web browser too, to see if that helps.

Let me know how it goes!
