My Dropbox stopped syncing on my computer. I don't see the new files either in the Dropbox app or on file explorer. I'm using Windows 10. When I go to the preferences in Dropbox app and go to the selective sync, when I click on the folder that isn't syncing, I can see the subfolders which I don't see in the app. I tried stopped syncing that folder and synced it again but it doesn't sync the new folders. I see the same folders and documents as I saw before. Anybody has an idea what the problem might be?
Hi Jay, unfortunately that isn't the problem. I did doublecheck but that doesn't seem to be the problem. I see that my photos are automatically uploaded to camera uploads but the folders (three or four levels down) I'm creating aren't being shown nor their content. I can see them on mobile app and on browser but I can't see them on desktop app and in file explorer on my computer.
Hi Jay, here're three screenshots. The first one is from the web site, the second is from the desktop app and the third one is from the file explorer.
If you could find the reason why I can't synchronize these folders, you're going to be my hero 🙂
Hi, There's a single folder (inside a shared one) that won't sync. I can see it online, but not on my PC. Everything else works perfectly. No errors from Dropbox, I simply can't see it. Also tried to re-install Dropbox, nothing changed.
