Hi, anyone know how to solve this issue? Cant seem to have an answer in the past forum.
Our dropbox is not synchronising due to low disk space. However, our disk drive is full of terabytes, how to solve this? Been trying to restart and pausing/repausing. Still not working. Or have to completely reinstall again?

Hi, it does not have an error. Just that it's not downloading. Yes, a local 2tb internal HDD. Default location
Are you sure it's not referring to the amount of available space in your Dropbox account? Check the status of your account on your Plan page. If it says you're out of storage space, Dropbox will stop syncing. You'll need to either make some space available in your account, or upgrade for more storage.
