Dropbox not syncing in windows

I'm using dropbox v114.4.426 on windows 10 (19041.746).

 

My folders on dropbox website is not syncing on windows.  I can see my folders on the dropbox website, my android phone app and my ipad dropbox app also but not in my windows dropbox app.


I uninstalled and reinstalled dropbox, restarted computer, signed out and signed back in and also checked and unchecked selected sync and nothing has helped.

Hey there @eztexasbuyers; happy February!

Can you try temporarily disabling any antivirus you may have and perform a clean, advanced reinstall

If the issue persists, please send us a screenshot of the app's status as shown in your system tray
