Dropbox not updating

Dropbox not updating

We are a team of 9 people all access to a shared folder, but the folder and the contents doesnt want to update on the team dropbox online and on the PC's, the changes only show on the main member's dropbox

 

Does anyone ever experienced this before?

Hi @AgenCura, let's see what we can find on this. 

 

Just to make sure that we're on the same page, could you check how much space you have available on your account by going to your Plan tab?

 

Also, do you or any other member of the shared folder see the updates on the website?
