Dropbox on my iPhone shows only folder name but no content.

My Dropbox syncs to Iphone 7 only the file name but no content.  Also, many of the photo files in my desktop Dropbox app shows the blue "sync" icon, and there are others  that show the green check.  Does the blue icon mean that the file is not yet synced to the cloud? and therefore I cannot see those pictures in my IPhone Dropbox app?

How can I activate this syncing?  I tried right click then selected "smart sync"  but nothing seems to change.

What else can I do?

Hello @KFDMCD. Thanks for posting.

That is correct! The blue arrows are files that have not fully synced yet.

The green check marks  are files that are saved to your Dropbox account and you can see them on all the devices linked to your account.

Let it sync, let it sync, let is sync..   ( let it snow..   Early Christmas mood)

You can help the app sync faster by adjusting your desktop application bandwidth settings

Note Dropbox Plus, Professional, or Business Dropbox accounts, can prioritize a file to sync ahead of others syncing with the Dropbox app on your computer.
