Dropbox quits on iPad every time I try to open a document.

I too am having trouble with Dropbox on my iPad. Every time I want to open a document, it quits. I've tried re-installing the app, updating my system, and turning my tablet off and on (three times), and it's still quitting. I use my Dropbox app for work purposes, so this is very worrying. Please can you help?

Hi @ValerieMP, thanks for reaching out about this!

Can you please try clearing the Dropbox app's cache? To do that:

- Open the Dropbox app and navigate to the “Personal” tab
- Tap the gear icon in the upper-left corner of the screen
- Select “Clear Cache”

Hi, yes, I've tried that. I spoke to someone on Twitter yesterday. They are opening a ticket for me because nothing I've tried seems to work.
