Hi, I have two folders on dropbox and im on shared folders...i have 2gb of space and the folders that i have (one) plus the other two im copied on are in total 1.15gb...i have added a small pdf onto one of the files and the files wont sync because it says im occupying 2.2gb of space which is not true. I have also deleted all the files on "deleted files"
Please help
If it says you are using 2.2gb of space then that is correct. Remember that the shared folders DO use your quota, so, have a look at www.dropbox.com/account to see how much space you are using.
For info: deleted files do not use space.

Hey @ND9, thanks for posting!
I'll agree with @Mark on this one. Shared folders take up space on each member's account, so that might be what's filling up your Dropbox space.
You can check the Plan tab from your account settings here, to confirm.
