Just so I can advise in the best way possible, can you let me know what version of the desktop app you're using?
Can you click on the Dropbox icon in your menu bar/system tray and send me a screenshot (excluding any personal info) of the sync status there?

Since you're running an older version of the desktop app, please download and install the latest version from here.
If you're still stuck on syncing after updating the app, then please try the steps below to see if that does the trick:
If this doesn't do the trick, please repeat the steps but choose "Fix Permissions" in the last step instead. The app will need to apply the changes so please allow a short time for this.
Just to note, I was able to locate your open ticket with our Support team too, so I've just passed along your comments here to keep the agent assisting you in the loop.

Do you see any errors in the sync status when you click the Dropbox icon in your menu bar?
If not, could you try the steps again that I posted above to see if that will allow those last 2 files to sync?
