Dropbox won't sync on Mac

If you click the Dropbox icon in your menu bar, what does the sync status show exactly?
Please send me a screenshot if there are any error messages.
Also, if you hover over the Dropbox icon, which version of the app do you have installed?

Since you're running a beta version of the app, denoted xx.3.xxx, I'd suggest downgrading to the latest stable version of the app to see if that resolves this issue.
To do this, from your account settings here please toggle off the "Early release" at the bottom of the page, then download and install the latest stable version from here.
Let me know if that does the trick!
