Dropbox won’t sync

Explorer | Level 3

Hi
A few months ago, I reinstalled Dropbox from my computer.
I reinstalled Dropbox, and therefore got a shortcut to the installer added to my desktop.
I accidentally clicked it. Obviously, I didn’t want Dropbox to install again, so I think I force-quit it, I’m not sure.
Since then, Dropbox won’t sync. When I look at the folder in the file explorer, I can’t see those little checkmarks at the corner of the files, that indicate that they are synced, and therefore, I can no longer see the Dropbox logo in my system tray.
What should I do?

Dropboxer

Hi again @NR222a!

If you can't see the Dropbox icon in your system tray and/r syncing icons on the files within your Dropbox folder, it means that the desktop app isn't running/syncing.

In that case, you'll need to re-launch it or re-install it using these steps

Let me know how it goes!
