Duplicated Files

Hello!

I'm using dropbox as a business tool. My employees and I upload files and edit them online. We are having multiple duplicates of the same file, why does that keep happening? 

I'd like to find a way to not duplicate any file and keep the original.

Out of curiosity, do any of these files get uploaded with "conflicted copy" being added in their names?

Also, have a look at their version history and let me know what you find.

Yes! They do!

I'm getting in trouble all the time for having multiple copies of the files and not being able to have just one. What can I do to stop this?

Generally, a conflicted copy can happen in a few ways, one of them being that the file was edited by two users at the same time.
