Hello!
I'm using dropbox as a business tool. My employees and I upload files and edit them online. We are having multiple duplicates of the same file, why does that keep happening?
I'd like to find a way to not duplicate any file and keep the original.

I'm getting in trouble all the time for having multiple copies of the files and not being able to have just one. What can I do to stop this?
